Team Size

The project was executed by an agile team of 3 experts:

• 1 Cloud Architect: Responsible for infrastructure design, Azure resource planning, and the scalability strategy.
• 1 DevOps Engineer: In charge of automation, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
• 1 Software Engineer: Focused on developing the AI solutions, frontend integration, and backend logic.
